Are these drops safe to ingest ?

Herbal Geranium drops ? I can imagine these would be used in pot pourri or perfumery or perhaps even soap making. But, ingesting them ? as a supplement ? To what. There is certainly no information at all on the product information as to why someone would need to take geranium drops. With purchase on-line becoming increasingly popular, I would think there should be stricter controls regarding this type of advertising.
