Medicine will not help America's Fat Endemic

America is fat. There is no magic pill that can take the will power out of losing weight. Eat healthy with the right portions, at the right times with enough work out time and you will not be fat. I have traveled the world and have seen starvation, an idea alien to most of the developed world, and when I came back to North America, I was astounded at the herd mentality people had towards buffets. If only more people actually saw what starvation is in real life rather than on television, America (and Canada) would be a more fit place.
