Experts were shocked by the result of two recent studies showing that there are seven out of every ten U.S. children which are vitamin D deficient. ~~

Vitamin D, a fat soluble vitamin necessary in body's calcium absorption and control phosphorous levels in the blood. Thus, deficiency to this vitamin may lead to weak bones.

There are lots of vitamin D deficiency bad effects. It is advised to expose children to sun for 15 minutes three times weekly and give them milk instead of sodas.
