Low Levels of Vitamin D linked to Metabolic Syndrome

A new study says that increasing levels of vitamin D on our blood will result to a lower prevalence of the metabolic syndrome and as well as good cholesterol levels.~~

Finding of this study were published in the Journal of Clinical Lipidology, says the sunshine vitamin were associated with 31 percent prevalence of metabolic syndrome against 10 percent for those having the highest average levels.

Researchers note that the study does not prove that low levels of vitamin D really contributes or causes metabolic syndrome and needs more studies. More details on the link below.
